UPS used to be excellent but in recent months they've really gone downhill. It started with drivers missing collections at the Downham Market access point and today I've had a parcel left on the porch of completely the wrong address but logged as 'met customer' - something that would have been a bit difficult because both the occupants of the property were at work!.
