Useless Parcel Service!

I sent a parcel back to Amazon on the 27th October, left it at Toftwood Stores near Dereham Norfolk 10 days later it was still there, I went into Norwich depot and spoke to members of staff who were most helpful and assured me the courier calls at this location every day and they would ensure the courier would pick this package up the same day, as this never arrived at Amazon I have on numerous occasions telephoned the number on the UPS website to start a claim. All the call handlers do is send a link to "start a claim" the first question it asks is the tracking code, when I put this in it comes back as not recognised and does not allow me to proceed further I have emailed twice explaining the problem even wrote a letter on the 28th November to the duty customer services Manager at Feltham which I believe is the head office and sent it signed for which it has been. To date nobody in this company has bothered to contact me ,they obviously don't care about their customers!.
