We would like to thank Natalie at the Norwich branch for being really helpful when we came to report a fault regarding our coffee machine. As our replacement machine was not in the shops and we did not want a refund, Natalie kept us up to date with a replacement from another store. She was extremely efficient and professional. A great advocate for Currys. Thank you.
