"What is more important - a new policy or an existing customer?"

When you ring FordInsure and using the keypad on your phone indicate that you are over 25 and want a comprehensive policy the call is answered normally within 10-15 seconds, great service.

However if you are an existing customer who simply wants to talk to someone about their existing policy you get to listen to music and being told that you can have child seats replaced free of charge, and that only genuine Ford parts will be used to repair your car over and over and over again until the phone system gives up after about 22 minutes and you can try again.

Same result, I am currently 11:34 seconds into my third attempt to get someone to answer as I need to alter my policy, I have little options available as I need this amendment before travelling tomorrow.

FordInsure ask for an honest review and this is it they obviously place a lot of importance on capturing new customers however when you become a customer they lose interest and service goes out the door.

It is a pity because they are / have been a good company to deal with.

Disappointed Policy, soon to be X Policy holder.
