"Customer service poor"

I ordered garden furniture from Longwater store and was informed I would be contacted within 5 days to arrange delivery.

Not so,I received confirmation from their courier saying they had received my order and that I could track delivery if I click on their link that does not work.

I have phoned the store several times and they do not answer.

I’ve emailed customer service and awaiting response personally I do not believe I should have to keep chasing them ..
