"They don't help, they interiogate."

I hoped that I will find there people who will explain to me what to do and genuinely try to help. No, what my work coach does is dismissing a fact that I want to look for a specific type of job related to IT. She says that she cannot add IT Technician as a job, which i can look for. But hello! I already applied for several jobs which are IT Technician. This is a name for a job role but they don't know that! They fo not accept it. What I get instead is a hostility and thrests that my claim will be closed because I do not establish commitments with her. But it is impossible to do it when I am being dismissed. This woman there would like to see me probably as a packer in some factory or something although I have degree and 3 other qualifications. She never asked me about my qualifications really. But instead she asked me what qualifications i do not have! How. I suppose to know what qualifications I need for certain jobs, assuming that I will apply for job role new to me? It should be their role to know and tell me what qualifications I should get for position. This was about position of receptionist to be specific. I tried to explain that I do not want to do some of the jobs dur to my health condition unless I will be really desperate then it was said to me in rude way "You are desperate!". How is ut possible that people like that works there? They do not know how to work on people, how to approach client in normal, humanity way. All the time I go to Job Centre I feel extremely stressed because I feel like I am seen as some lazy f. who doesn't want to work and take benrfits, meanwhile i keep applying for all type of jobs including even cleaning. It is stressfull to go there to feel like being interiogated and feel guilty! Dreadful, horrible experience. This is what I paid my taxes for in UK in last 6 years?.
