"Leaves a bad taste in the mouth"

Snetterton Ceramic Tiles undertook to put in all bathrooms, tiles etc in a new house a big job. This was done & however there were some snaggings that needed fixing. It was VERY hard to get them to come back & fix indeed they have never completely finished. We contacted them at least 7 times & there was always an excuse or we were lied to told that they would phone us back, this never happened. I have just phoned them today & asked to speak to the guy who did the job but was told that "his hands are dirty & he will call us back!!" Of course he hasn't.

Do not use this company they do not follow through..
