"Back up services have become terrible"

Suddenly when i use my debit card ity is isnt taken from my account "sometime" in the following 3-5 days?...this hasnt happened since i been with rbs over last 14 yrs. How can i understand what i have or have not got in my account balance when the cashpoint tells me false numbers?... it renders the whole point of account balances on cashpoint's pointless all the time.
