"Great food ,great music"

A review of The Lodge Country House by Musicman written on Wednesday 2nd of January 2008

A great pub restaurant,great food, good beers

friendly staff,open log fire,great place for a family meal.

had the carvery, very good and not a rip off.

saw lee vasey musician , very good show

also a musician, another time called alan,who plays regular.

what a day,he was superb,all kinds of songs,and he

really got the place thumping,well done alan

cant wait for the next one

only downside was shows did not start until 4pm

12 noon would have been better.
