"Service is beyond a joke"

Ordered £50 worth of food including 2 vegetarian meals the food took over an hour and a half to arrive. When it did they had sent the wrong vegetarian meal (sent prawn instead of paneer) we rang to complain they agreed to send the correct meal in 15 minutes. The meal finally arrived over 2 hours later after 3 calls chasing it during which we were told it was on its way. An unacceptable amount of time to have to wait for a take away to put right their mistake I would not order from them again..
