My first visit to Urban haircutters (norwich). Had cut and blowdry with Hannah. Everyone was friendly and was offered drinks etc plus everyone introduces themselves which i like. Nice shampoo with scalp massage, good cut- took her time, listened to my ideas and came out with exactly what i wanted. Very pleased, and a good price. will def go back.
