E C Browne & Sons supplied a Tortoise Firebox which I had fitted into a newly built chimney by a local builder. The chimney build and fitting of the fire had our architect and the builder scratching their heads a little and we were getting conflicting advice from various sources. E C Browne and Sons were brilliant. I visited three times in all to discuss various issues and the builder was able to telephone and obtain advice at the time of the build. Their knowledge, service and customer care is first class and I am pleased to recommend them to others. .
