"Terrible all round"

After going to the rushcutters various times, i decided to venture back to this once pleasant restaurant. We ordered off both the set and special menu, as our food arrived the the lamb cutlet was sent back as there was no more than a mouthful of meat between the four pieces, the was not enough hollandiase sauce and had no taste. I then got a replacement meal - fish and chips, this again was tasteless and for it being beer battered i tasted nothing. Not at one time was i apologised to or taken interest in. Both the waiter and the barmaid were rude, after asking for the bill i was then made to feel pressured to pay immediately as the waiter stood, awaiting the payment. Overall this what was a lovely traditional restaurant and pub has now turned into a busy souless meeting place. The food has no edge and i would say is now not worth even a visit..
