"Absolutely Awful!!!"

I lived there for almost two years and throughout the pandemic. they locked us all in our rooms and wouldn’t let us see each other when we share bathrooms and the kitchen. they’re supposed to support their ‘customers’ yet they do the complete opposite! I personally suffer with trauma, and they screamed loudly in my face (again, during the pandemic) and because of this they stopped me from being ready for my flat. they screwed over tons of people that lived there the same time as me, with some people suffering more than myself, and they just turned a blind eye, and told her it was her fault and didn’t bother helping her. they have also forged signatures, and forgotten to inform housing benefit that someone had moved out and that person got a letter saying they owe them over 8 grand! luckily it was the hostel that owed it to them and not the ‘customer’, but the fact that they didn’t even do it is so unprofessional! because of Archway, my mental health is ten times worse than what it was before I moved in! please don’t kick out your young vulnerable daughters otherwise they have to live in awful places like this and get treated like dirt and are made even more vulnerable. finally if you’re pregnant they will tell you that you’re not going to keep the baby, when all the girls I know that lived there and were pregnant still have their babies to this day. they are horrible to their customers and I feel sorry for everyone that lives there..
