On going UPS have my sent parcel but don’t Know where it is.

Still waiting for information on item.

Will update when UPS reply on investigations.

As it stand yes we have it but don’t Know where it is.

1st thing I was told start a claim why when UPS say they have it.

Looking forward to explanation ..
