"Black hair in fish"

This is third time since lockdown we have wanted to support the local traders . the third time very disappointed. in the quality of the fish and chips .dark brown oil oozing from batter . very greasy batter . last straw was a long black hair in my fish. I went back to complain . server was wearing visor the fryer had no cover over her head and no mask or visor ?. I told them i would not be coming back.
