I was turned away - niche congregation only. Convicted sex offenders & minority ethnic black under 16s and adults conceived through incest and rape are very welcome at the Elim Church, Trory St, Norwich, Norfolk NR2 2RH. It is this church and its congregation which inspired the Happy Brexit Day posters in Winchester Towers (across the road in Vauxhall St) because many suffer severe retardation and as local residents they cannot comply with British Citizenship rules of knowledge, understanding and language..
