"Very unhappy"

Me and my brother got a t shirt and a jacket from the shop and spent 95 pound we then went out to lunch and realised we did not have a enough to get buss so we wnet back and told the man working there he said "sorry mate thats not the policy" we where never told about a policy there was no way of getting bus it took me and my brother 2 hours to get home very unhappy.
