"Rude staff!"

I went in for a pair of shoes, which cost me £56. I went to return the shoes as the material had started to rip after 1 wear and the manager Xian was extremely rude to me and told me she couldnt give me a refund. Extremely rude staff, shall not be returning ever again. Do not come here, anywhere is better! You could get bettet shoes at a supermarket!.
