"Nothing Change"

It's been over a year since i used this pub,but as i walk in and stood and waited along side a smelly vagrant a man at the other side of the bar said "he won't be long he's having a fag". The barman came in did not wash his hands asked what i wanted pulled me a pint then ran his smoking fingers up the glass to wipe off spillage.On using the toilet there was a good working hand dryer but no soap or hot water. Although all the door where open there was a smell in the bar but also outside in the garden this could be smelt,the barman said it was due to the ladies being blocked.Added to this this pub is putting up it's prices and there is no food available anymore I don't think i will be using this again!.
