"Emergency Repairs"

A review of Broadland Housing Association Ltd by Bob written on Monday 31st of August 2015

I was asked by the Police and 1 of your tenants to get some emergency repairs reported, (Water leaking through the celing and no electrics). I spent 30 minutes on the phone rising up to number 1 with no-one actually taking calls. This happened to the tenants and the Police as well. All this did was to run up 3 phone bills and run down the mobile battery of the elderly frail tenants that you supposedly support.

I spoke to emergency repairs at Norwich, Broadland and NCAS. None of which had a proper contact for you.

I realise it is a Bank Holiday but that what emergency numbers are for I thought?.
