"Problems with freedom freebees"

I've had Vodafone for a number of years using the Freedom Freebee option. Problems started to occur when I took the automatic renewal option. I started getting renewals taken from my account well before the due date. I contacted the customer service phone line twice, and haven't really been able to find out what has happened. I was told the first time that I would have to go to a Vodafone shop for them to look into the account and sort things out. All I want to do is pay a set sum once and get 30 days service. This hasn't happened and I am now considering dumping Vodafone completely and going elsewhere. .
