"Freezing Cold. Expensive. Unfriendly Landord and Lady."

A review of The Norkie Public House by Disgruntled local written on Friday 27th of February 2015

The Pub is a nice pub although really cold in winter as only open fire for warmth. Landlord goes OTT if fire guard is moved; even though it is warmer without it. Toilets are like relieving yourself in the middle of a Siberian Forest blooming perishing. Landlord and Lady are unsociable and dictarorish; arrogant and unfriendly if complaints are made about anything. Hardly ever see them behind bar as they are always laying down resting. Food served is excellent value by June who works really hard. Drinks too expensive for estate pub; maybe to pay for lifestyle of current landlords..
