"Left a lot to be desired."

Many of the staff are lovely and perfectly tolerable, unfortunately this isn't universal. A couple of staff have absolutely no personality and are extremely blunt, and apparently uncaring.

Efficient in terms of fixing serious problems (only on the next working day...) but smaller problems have been ignored completely for the most part.

Additionally, upon leaving our accommodation, we were presented with a large cleaning bill for a fully cleaned flat, including a carpet cleaned by a professional.

Communication is poor for the most part, and I've requested callbacks on several occasions, only to be ignored.

I wouldn't recommend this company at all.
