I have been a regular for over 10 years now. It is a 1930s pub and very traditional style. Good selection of ales and beers, both are always well kept. Open coal fire, and comfortable seating.

Live music Saturdays, and Fridays. Also folk music Sundays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. Lots of parking space and very large beer garden which backs on to the Wensum river..
