"Gone Downhill!"

Last experience wasn't great, basically staff not very welcoming, had to wait ages to be served, food took over an hour (although it was nice!) and to top it off, 2 waitresses going into the toilets to unblock loo wearing their aprons to serve food in. Didn't 'tip' as bitterly disappointed! .
