"Simply excellent"

I have been taking my BMW's to Tim and Trevor for the last 16 years. I would say their standard of service is better than I have experienced at main dealers. They have saved the day or more han one accasion, most memorably last year when I visited for a check over of my Wife's 5 series prior to a drive to the south of France. Tim alereted me to a soon to fail radiator which he changed there and then, even though he was on his own that day and had other jobs booked in.

Expertise and knowledge of BMWs is second to none. This I find particularly valuable when running cars outside the manufacturer warranty period. Its exactly the time the niggly problems start to surface and you need expert knowledge to get resolved. Also, advice on pre-emptive maintenance work..
