At last a company that keeps to its word; Personal service, tick, posted in a strong box, tick, nothing is too much trouble, tick; Robert even phoned me to confirm my order on a Sunday. Really impressed. Thank you very much for not adding my order to a "cart" like so many on line orders are and treating me like a customer and not a number. Keep up the good work..
