I RECENTLY HAD A BREAK IN TO MY CAR, THE WINDOW WAS SMASHED AND RADIO STOLEN, I WAS VERY UPSET BUT THE LADY ON THE PHONE AT DIRECT WINDSCREEN WAS VERY KIND AND SORTED OUT MY WINDOW, WHICH WAS REPAIRED VERY QUICKLY. EXCELLENT SERVICE .
