"I liked them until previously"

I really liked this couple until the last few times I have tried... find it hard to get a connection on the phone, first time was at a bus depot at 7 am'ish in Norwich and in the end of trying got an expensive black cab instead. Second time, in a rush to go and still can't get a hold of them and have to resort to phoning another company, yet again....
