"What a disappointment"

Whenever I go to Norwich I try to call in at the Rushcutters, not been for a year or two so really looking forward to taking my daughter, son-in-law and two little grandsons for a lovely meal there. Meal was OK but on using the ladies I was disgusted with the state of them. Dreadful smell, really grubby and could do with a darn good clean, the whole place is going to rack and ruin, such a shame as the guy on the bar was very good..
