"Unexpected change of procedure"

My Mother ,Father and Sister wished to have their ashes scatterd around the Willow tree in the sunken garden. Over the years our family have brought

flowers of rememberance to the garden and placed them around the tree.On the 24th March we were amazed to find that we were not aloud to carry on this practise because the tree was now private property.

We have had no contact from the management to explain

why. There must be many loved ones ashes scatterd around this tree over the years and many might be

offended by this action. Would the management please

explain why their action was necessary as my family were distressed by the officious notice!.
