Dear Reader, I am a law abiding citizen, a primary school teacher and school governor, who has never been in debt or trouble with the law in any shape or form who has been stung by this horrendous injustice by Riverside Swimming parking. I urge you to be aware of these charges should you use there facilities. I have been charged £95 for parking for 10 minutes over my permitted parking. I rang the Norwich Council and they have nothing to do with it, yet they advertise them on there website and do not give adequate warnings of parking fines. Personally I have never visited a sports facility and had to pay for parking. I was early to meet my friends and was not warned by the staff there is a parking charge over a certian time. This is a scandal. I have taken legal advise and was advised to do nothing as they have not taken any further action, accept issuing nasty letters. If this has affected you also, please make more comments like this so other people are aware of what is going on. |
