"A140 ring road"

I have just visited Norfolk the first time for years and for my troubles received a speeding notice for 38 miles an hour in Earlham. The last time I visited the speed limit was 40 mph. My quibble is it is a lucky man who can get up to 20mph on the A140 never mind 38. I can only hope that all the other motorists were suitably caught as I was keeping with the flow of the traffic and watching for the various idiots changing lanes etc.In over 40 years of driving I have never had any trouble but come to Norfolk and the rules change. I for one will ensure I never visit Norwich again. In this day and age it is impossible to look at speedos,signs in the road ,signs on posts, watch out for other drivers whilst keeping with the flow of traffic. that's how accidents are caused.
