"Worst meal of my life"

Had a so called meal there on Saturday 15th December in the same group mentioned by Mrs Smith. I can only second what has been said. The food was truly appalling as was the service and the customer service received upon complaining. Several times we were promised that the chef would come and speak to us, needless to say he never appeared! I have eaten out countless times and this was the worst I have experienced - by a considerable margin.
They quite clearly hav a major problem with the organisation of the restaurant. 3 out of the 4 starters were not available. Other people who came in after us received their orders before us and the waiters didn't have a clue what was going on.
I would say to avoid this place at all costs.
